• Zhi-Ri Tang is an Associate Professor at School of Intelligent Systems Science and Engineering, Jinan University. His current research area is forward-deployed engineering (FDE) of artificial intelligence, including biomedical engineering, embodied intelligence, and low-altitude economics. In recent years, he has authored or co-authored many papers in refereed journals and conferences, including 3 ESI highly cited papers. He has also won the silver medal and first prize in the 2018 Intel InnovateFPGA Global Innovation Competition in the Greater China Regional Final, and first price in 2024 ASC Student Supercomputer Challenge Finals (as advisor).
